When placing the order please select a country, then choose a shipping fee which will automatically be refunded .
The shipping fee will only be refunded so long as other items were not purchased for actual delivery.
When the order has been placed you will receive an email order confirmation followed by another email with your electronic gift voucher.

Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the set cancellation period.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers can be used for shop items only.
Cannot be used to purchase services or educational items.
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
